My Podcast helps people especially women that have experienced domestic abuse of any form and those experiencing emotional pain and trauma or anyone that has experienced adversity or challenges in one form or the other. This podcast will bring a message of hope, awareness and healing for victims and survivors of life's traumatic events, some might have experienced in childhood and now adults or they have gone through adverse childhood experiences such as domestic abuse, neglect, abandonment and attachment issues etc or experiencing a disability seen or hidden. This podcast aims to empower create awareness and inspire people who are hurting and broken from domestic abuse to heal and discover themselves so they can feel completely whole and live without limits.Message is wholeness for people experiencing pain or trauma as a result of abuse or adversity !! It is also for someone caring for or living with a disability of any form and the challenges they face daily. This podcast will help to bring awareness and insight to people so they can understand what people with hidden disabilities face every day .
